Dhruvi is a trainee clinician working toward her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) for anxiety and depression.
Dhruvi’s style is intentional, warm, and goal-oriented — meeting you exactly where you are while helping you identify small, practical steps forward. She creates a space where you can slow down, make sense of what feels messy, and begin to move forward, even if you don’t have the right words or a plan yet.
Outside of the therapy room, you can find Dhruvi spending time with friends and family, reading a good book, trying new restaurants, or cheering on her favorite football team — Go Birds!
