Kasey is a trainee clinician working toward her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) for anxiety and depression.
No matter what challenge you are facing, Kasey believes you are already the expert on your own life, you just might need a little help to get un-stuck. Her approach is best described as attentive and curious, working alongside you to understand what is holding you back and build a personalized toolkit of strategies to help you move forward.
The power of human connection, and what it can teach us about ourselves, is what drew Kasey to this work in the first place. That same appreciation for connection carries into her life outside the therapy room, whether she's swapping book recommendations with her book club, playing board games with friends, social dancing, or attending a Pilates class.
