Dr. Journa Njoh is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in OCD, anxiety, and body-focused repetitive behaviors, with a particular focus on adults and women navigating these struggles during pregnancy and postpartum.
Every client leaves a session feeling genuinely heard, and just as importantly, a step closer to facing the things that have been holding them back. Dr. Njoh builds toward that steadily, at a pace that creates real confidence rather than just managing symptoms. She draws on ERP, CBT, ACT, CBIT, and SPACE, and tries to always leave space for warmth and humor, even with heavy material like constant "what ifs" or mental loops that won't quiet down.
That instinct to notice people, what they need and what they're carrying, started when she was young and grew stronger during her time working in Child Protective Services. It shows up just as much outside of work, where you can find Dr. Njoh spending her time with family and friends, at a new restaurant, or in the middle of a DIY project.
