Bailey views counseling as a collaborative process, working alongside clients to build coping strategies and goals that foster healing, growth, and overall well being. She works with children, teens, young adults, and parents, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques to help clients develop deeper self-awareness and create meaningful change. Bailey believes that all people are resilient and have the capacity to grow and thrive with support, healthy coping skills, and self-compassion.

Bailey meets clients where they are to find what works best for each individual navigating their unique challenges. She takes a humanistic approach to counseling, providing unconditional positive regard and empathy to create a safe, supportive space where clients can feel comfortable being vulnerable and expressing themselves.

Outside of the counseling room, she enjoys cooking, watching movies with her cat, reading at the park, and spending quality time with friends and family.
